We purchased this Ford Taurus SHO from an insurance company. The vehicle was fresh water damaged and sold on a Michigan scrap certificate. We purchased another red 2010 Taurus SHO with 35,000 miles on it a few weeks later and swapped out the parts required to qualify for a Michigan assembled vehicle. Those parts included bolt on exterior sheet metal and drive train (motor, ransmission). To sum up this Taurus SHO reads 65,000 miles even though the drive train and sheet metal only has 35,000 miles on it. It runs and drives out perfectly with no electrical or mechanical issues. We have actually put 1000 miles on this SHO since the repairs were done. This vehicle is being sold with a Michigan assembled vehicle title that can be plated and driven in the USA with no issues.
