1957 Ford Fairlane 500 2 dr. sedan running driving project car 292 Auto

Wehave had this 57 for about 7 years, replaced the gas tank and fuel lines as needed and drove the car some in the summer, t then sat for 3-4 years and I realize I'm not going to get to it to finish it any time soon so I am putting it up for sale. I just redid the entire brake system, ew master cylinder, ll 4 wheel cylinders, ll new shoes, ardware as needed, rake lines as needed, nd all 3 brake hoses. The car runs and drives,has typical play in the steering box, he trans works as it should, t has some oil leaks and trans leak but not pouring out. the frame is solid and the body mounts are good except for the two behind the back wheels, hey will need some attention, t had a used car paint job 11-12 years ago, hich is the only repaint on the car, t showing its age and the repairs they made are showing thru, ts a straight car for the most part, ut will need lower 1/4 repairs, anels included, ower fender repairs, anels included. The deck lid is rough but I have a pretty nice used one that goes with the sale.The trunk floorhas had two places repaired but over all is solid, he floors are solid with the exceptionof the pass. rear pan, t will need repaired but this car doesn't need pans.The windshield is broken but I have a new tinted/shaded one that goes with the car, also have a real nice tinted rear glass that is included. it will need side glass and there are 6 piece kits available. I have some of the trim for the out side of the car, s in the roof side mldgs., he top of the fin mldgs., ear window mldgs. that I will include in the sale. the interior was done by an amateur sometime ago, ts not tore up but its not real nice either,The pictures tell the story, can send under car pics upon request.Overall its a nice foundation for a restore or drive it as is it still turns heads and get compliments everywhere we go.
