2008 Ford Escape Hybrid LOADED, Great Condition!! Extras included!!

Selling a 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid LOADED with lots of extras and in great shape. This vehicle had every option available on it when we bought it and we have added a few things to that. Inventory on Hybrid vehicles is always low so take advantage and get a great vehicle with many more miles left. This vehicle averages 29-32 mpg so it is great even when gas prices shoot up. Vehicle had a full dealership warranty up to 75k miles and all recommended service has been done on time and by professionals. Vehicle comes with dealer installed aftermarket REMOTE START and one remote start key fob for those cold mornings. Until about a month ago this vehicle had always been kept in a climate controlled garage, ut we just had a kid and garage space is at a premium (why we are selling it).
This vehicle has the premium factory alloy wheels as well as the chrome grille package that comes standard with the Hybrid model. We added a tow hitch on the back so that there was a place to mount a bike carrier and support our canoe. The power sun roof/moon roof works perfectly and seals tight with the push of a button. Front and rear wipers work, s well as the washing fluid function. The factory roof rack is in place and can be easily modified with a Yakima or Thule rack system to carry whatever you would like. The rear hatch window opens with the key fob remote which is great when loading groceries. Exterior of the vehicle is in very good shape for its age. NO RUST or significant scratches. All exterior trim is original and intact. It is used though so there are a few light scratches/small dents here and there, ut nothing substantial or that would be noticed unless you are looking for them.
Interior features include power windows, ocks, eats, oon roof/sun roof, nd mirrors. I am also including a Garmin GPS Navigation System with the vehicle. Seats are leather and are heated, nother great thing to have on cold mornings. There is dual climate control and an optional economy mode for the AC which can save even more gas in the summer months. AC works well and blows cold air on command as it should. Cruise control and radio can be controlled from the steering wheel and the CD player stereo also features a media input so that you can hook up an Ipod directly. Included with the vehicle are Husky All-weather floor mats for the front and rear seats, olor matched to the interior and custom fitted to the vehicle. The rear seats fold down easily to create a large open area when necessary. All adjustable/removable headrests are included as is the retractable screen for the rear luggage area. Rear area (behind the rear seating) carpet does have some discoloration on it, ill probably come out with a shampooing. Otherwise the interior is very clean and in very good shape.
