1929 Model A Hot Rod Truck : Hotrod Rat Rod Ratrod Custom Chopped Dual Carbs

1929 Ford Rat Rod styled truck. Solid Arizona hot rod, his is a great cruiser that draws tons of attention where ever you drive it. Has a rat rod look, owever it is built on a commercially manufactured square tube frame with new suspension components. Front end is a speedway dropped tube axle with a traverse leaf spring, riction shocks, nd disc brakes, ear suspension has coil over shocks. Power comes from a 292 chevy straight six, utomatic transmission. HEI ignition system, ual two barrel carburetors w/electric choke (brand new), ffy intake manifold, ual cast iron exhaust headers where new when truck was built. Driven about very few miles since built about 3 years ago. The truck starts up easy, uns great and doesn't smoke; like a lot of six cylinder engines. Being the 292 cubic inch inline 6, t provides plenty of power and can run the freeway at 75 easy. The original Ford all steel cab is in good shape, oors have had lower panels replaced and new rear cab corners were put in. Cab has been chopped 4 inches and channeled 3 inches, ll wood frame work has been replaced with steel and has a full steel floor. Roof is wood covered in canvas. Doors have custom bear claw latches. Interior is heat insulated and covered with wood panels and rubber floor matting. Stewart Warner gauges are all lit wings style gauges. Tall swan style Lokar shifter. The headlights have halogen conversion, ail lights are led and rear vintage steel/glass industrial "STOP" light all work. Has a modern "E-Z wire" hot rod wiring harness. The bed was custom fabbed to fit trucks dimensions. Under the wood bed is the fuel cell. Bias ply tires are true wide white wallsfrom Coker Tire (not porta walls). This hot rod is a blast to drive and cruise to drive in shows, ake out Saturday nights, tc.
Has a clean AZ state title, itled as 1929 Ford AA, in# is stamped on front frame rail. If sold to an AZ resident, he 1929 plate can be transferred and go with purchase ($200 value).
