Professionally built 1932 Ford Roadster. This car was built by and for Robert Anderson, long time employee of Chuck Lombardo's California Street Rods ( CSR ) along with the help of Boyd Cottington and Lil' John Buttera. If you can find four more qualified professionals of the trade, hen you should buy some other street rod. The engineering is next to perfect with much thought and engineering experience built in. The frame began at CSR on the jig and proceeded from there with all the proper and specially design cross members meticulously placed as needed. The front suspension consists of a 5" round dropped axle with duel split radius rods back to the frame with coil over shocks rather than the traditional leaf spring set up. This makes a super nice but simple front and excellent ride with the front frame horn cut back. The rear end is a 9" Curries with coil over shocks and rear locator with a stabilizer set up. All brakes are disc with power assist from Strange Engineering with complete stainless brake lines through the complete car. The body is a Wescot with completely redone with super tight and fitting doors and rumble seat. The aluminum hood is a custom built hood by Marcel. The frame and body is painted a Porsche Purple and is in excellent condition. Frame components are black powder coated, hrome or stainless. The Wiring is a Hotronic system which includes all running lights, rake lights, urn signals, igh and low beam front head lights, oor lights, ash lights, adio, ower antenna and a battery disconnect switch. This car has a tilt steering wheel with automatic shift on the column for more leg and floor room. The interior and rumble seat are from Ron Mangus and done in blue and gray and even a upholstered panel covering the under dash area and in super condition. The windshield is a work of art from Lil' John Buttera with a short glass windshield with custom fabricated billet windshield post, irrors and also a windshield rear view mirror. The engine comes from Ultimate Performance and is a small block Chevy 383 cubic inch with all the big name components. Nice hot rod rumble from the cam.The engine is extremely fast and maybe too fast for this car, ut lots offun too! Buttera build custom aluminum air cleaner and valve covers and more chrome, tc. The engine is backed up by a turbo trans from Art Carr Racing Transmissions. Mike Hamm has complete the entire stainless exhaust system. Boyd Cottington supplied thecustom aluminum mag wheels for this roadster. This car has approximately 1500 miles on it. The car would rank a 9.5 out of 10. It has a legal 1932 Ford Roadster Title as well. I could go on and on, ut if you don't get it by now, hen you need to look else where? Needless to say, ou would not want to guess what this car cost to build as it was mega dollars?
