2009 Ford Mustang California Special This is a beautiful RARE car that has had a special touch added under the hood. From 2007 to 2009 there were only 1,705 coupes produced and only 448 were finished in the Ebony you see in the pictures. The California Special package stands out from the mustang crowd with a reworked front and rear fascia, hin spoiler, nd of course the classic GT/CS quarter scoops and stripe. The 90-degree 4.6 SOHC V-8 already produces a nice amount of HP and torque, ut with the addition of a 72mm Turbonetics, ront mount intercooler and supporting fuel system this car is a BLAST to drive! It is currently tuned right around 450 wheel horse power (conservative)and is SO incredibly fun! When the turbo spools it throws you back into your seat in a QUICK hurry and only gets better as you climb up into the RPMs. By the sound of it you can tell it has received some headwork and has a nice lope to the idle via a mild cam. This car is no slouch in the turns either with reverse-L independent MacPherson struts and a 34-mm stabilizer bar in the front and 3-link solid axle, 0mm stabilizer bar in the rear it is a JOY to put it through the turns as well! There has also been an addition of custom wheels and tires that give the car a NICE aggressive look! The exterior of this car is in great condition having straight panels, risp lines and no spider webs on any of the fiberglass. The glass is all really clear as well. The paint is in really good condition for a street driven 09 as well. The headlights show no signs of road damage and are very CLEAR. The same can also be said for the tails. The interior of this car is VERY clean! The buckets seats show very minimal wear and the rears look to have never been sat on before. The headliner is STILL nice and tight. The carpets are free of stains or rips as well. The center console is super clean and hosts a short through shifter and Hurst shift knob that makes it a blast to run through the gears! The gauges are clear and easy to read. The dash shows no signs of sun damage and look GREAT! This interior is beautiful and the seats do an excellent job of holding you through the turns! This car starts, uns and drives extremely well and is ready for the track or just local cruising. It sounds incredible and is a blast to hear the turbo spool!
