Ford E-Series E250 4x4

Here is a 1995 ford e 250 4x4. I received this van for payment on a job and know nothing about it other than what the owner told me. He was driving it until he broke a spark plug off while trying to change them. There is a broken brake line and a cracked windshield. Ithas flaky rust underneath. The body is solid. Nice interior just needs a cleaning. It has the Quigley 4x4 system. Would be a great project. It has a digital dash and there is no battery sothe millage entered is not exact.I will try to answer any questions you ask the best I can. Contact me if you want to look it over before bidding.
