Rust free 1997 Ford Thunderbird STRONG engine, automatic 136k

Selling for a friend who bought a new car. It served him well over the years. I have the carfax on hand and the Arizona title. I haven't checked out too much myself. I do know that he drove over 300 miles to bring it to me to sell. So that is a sign that it runs well. The drivers window does not work and there is a pretty big dent on the passenger front fender (as pictured). The AC and heater did work when I tried them. The engine is strong and pushes you back in your seat pretty good. The leather has typical wear and the drivers seat seems to be stuck in a more laid back position.
The car did pass AZ smog last year, ut I'm not sure about CA smog.
You will receive a single key with remote, title where I signed the back, nd a bill of sale from me to you. The car is sold as is with no assurance of anything working. However, am trying to describe this accurately so there are nosurpriseson pickup.
The original airbox is not there, t has a cone air filter intake. Also there seems to be some exhaust modification as it is louder than normal. I will try to get a picture of the exhaust system when I can.
