2005 Ford E350 extended van with handicap mobility equipment

2005 Ford E350 extended van with 6.0 Powerstroke (NOT RUNNING), lean inside and out it has4 new matching tires, heengineis complete andturns over freely with no unusual noises,I purchased this van not running, do not know what is wrong with the engine, t does not have batteries.

All of the handicap mobility equipment was installed newin late 2012, t consists of hand controls, &D 6 way transfer seat base, -Z Lock, MI/Ricon wheelchair lift with 800# rating and side door openers which are missing the actuator arms that open and close the doors.
