2001 F350 7.3 Diesel Dually 4x4

This is a 2001 Ford F-350 dually 4x4 with the bullet proof 7.3 L Turbo diesel. I had the trans rebuilt this past spring and new U-joints on the front end last month. I had a hide-a-hitch goose neck (36,000LBS) installed when I bought the truck. Runs and drives great, ulls everything I have ever needed. Great work truck. Has some dents and dings. Has an exhaust leak was told about $500 to fix, was told that if it didn't bother me it was not worth fixing. The drivers side of the seat is ripped I have included a picture.
