2005 ford focus se zx4 2.ol

This ford focus is drivable but does have some problems which I have listed under the "condition description". I used this as a work car until a few days ago. I drive 73 miles a day for work and had done fine for me until the alternator went out on me on the way home. I replaced the alternator the next day. the air conditioner works and blows cold air . everything seems to work properly except for the things listed in the "condition description". things like the transmission acts up when col, he left head light housing should be replaced but works, he trunk lid is damaged and the vent control knob for heater does not work. but the heater and air conditioner work.
