2003 Ford Escape XLS 3.0 V6 4WD

Second owner vehicle. purchased certified used in 2005 with 25k miles. This truck is in excellent condition. with all accessories working perfectly. including COLD a/c. power windows/locks/mirrors. remote keyless entry (2 fobs) AM/FM/CD. 4WD with "Auto" or full-time "On" selection. 4 NEW (November 2014) Goodyear Wrangler SRA tires. with 4 wheel alignment. and NEW (November 2014) front brakes. The vehicle is equipped with a Load-Rite towing hitch. with three prong trailer wire. and includes the tow bar with 2 sizes of trailer ball. I used it to tow a single Jetski for 3 seasons. 2 miles to the launch ramp in the spring. and then 2 miles home to the garage to be winterized at the end of the summer. This Escape was NEVER used for heavy. long distance towing. I have been meticulous with the maintenance on this vehicle. and it is in perfect running condition: idles steady and vibration free. rides smooth. quiet. traight. shifts up/down smoothly with no clunks or harshness. no fluid leaks whatsoever. no oil consumption. It has a couple of small dings. paint scratches. paint chips on the steel wheels. and a small rock chip in the passenger side of the windshield. consistent with a vehicle of this age. but otherwise is in great cosmetic shape. The original driver's floor mat is worn. and the rear passenger floor mats have a couple of bleach stains (from transporting liquid pool chlorine containers). otherwise. the interior is also in great shape. The plastic key ring loops on the remote entry fobs have both cracked. so I'm using wire clips to attach them to key rings. but they also both work perfectly well. Some road salt residue splashed on the car between the car wash and driving it home. and shows on the lower sides of the car in the photos. but the paint and cladding are in great shape all around.
