Up for auctionis the rolling chassis of a 2013 Shelby GT500 Mustang that was wrecked in late 2014 with only 7,840 miles on the odometer. The 2013 Shelby GT500 Mustang is widely regarded as a truly amazing performance car. Unfortunately, ot all of these cars are destined to remain on the roads for long as is the case with this specific Shelby. It had just over 7,800 miles on the odometer prior to being involved in a crash, hich damaged the front end / left fender (primary) and undercarriage (secondary - evidenced by cracked transmission cross brace). As a result of the damage sustained in the wreck, he vehicle was subsequently totaled by the insurance company. The car was then sold at auction with a Texas Salvage Vehicle Title, hich will be reassigned to the winning bidder following receipt/clearance of full payment.

Please note: THIS IS A ROLLING CHASSIS ONLY, s the engine and supercharger are no longer in the car and are not included in this sale – leaving only a rolling shell.

Although the engine and supercharger are not included in this sale, his is not a bare bones shell, s it still includes the original Tremec 6060 six-speed manual transmission (with only 7,840 actual miles), riginal engine control module, ront Brembo six-piston calipers, ingle-piece carbon-fiber driveshaft, oth doors with glass (minor damage to driver’s door as seen in picture), ront and rear windshields, ECARO sport seats (AIRBAGS DEPLOYED IN BOTH SEATS), omplete interior/dash (BOTH THE DRIVER’S SIDE and PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAGS ARE DEPLOYED), tc. – essentially everything (to the best of my knowledge) except the following items:

The only items that I am aware of that are missing from this Shelby GT500 (other than the aforementioned engine and supercharger – which are not included in the sale) are the trunk-mounted Shaker sub-woofer as well as the gear shift knob – these items were “misplaced” prior to delivery.

This rolling chassis is being sold AS-IS, s represented in the photos. The vehicle WILL NOT BE PARTED OUT – please do not request to purchase any parts off the car.

This is a real 2013 Shelby GT500 and the Texas Salvage Vehicle Title will be conveyed to the new owner upon receipt/clearance of full payment. This rolling shell could be rebuilt for street use once again with your choice of crate engine from Shelby / Roush / Ford Racing. Refer to your state’s requirements regarding what is required to return a Salvage Title vehicle to the road. Or, ake this rolling chassis into the track/race super-car of your dreams based on the foundation of an authentic 2013 Shelby GT500.

· Based on the painted forged-aluminum front and rear wheels currently on the vehicle, t appears as though this Shelby may have the SVT Performance Package (just my opinion based on the styling of the wheels only – I have not independently verified that this vehicle has the SVT Performance Package), hich would be Equipment Group 821A – and would include 3.31:1 gear ratio with TORSEN limited-slip rear differential; 19" x 9.5" painted forged-aluminum front wheels with P265/40R19 tires; 20" x 9.5" painted forged-aluminum rear wheels with P285/35R20 tires; unique rear springs; unique rear shocks; unique shift knob (KNOB IS NOT WITH CAR NOW); Bilstein™ adjustable dampers; and unique instrument cluster (per a Ford 2013 Mustang Brochure – wheels specified on page 23, VT Performance Package specified on page 22).

I reserve the right to end this listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Please do not bid/buy if you are not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. Please read eBay's "User Agreement". Any non-paying winning bidder/buyer will be reported to eBay and a negative strike will go against the buyer as the result of an unpaid item being filed. Payment

Winning bidder MUST communicate with me by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. A deposit of $500.00 US FUNDS (non-refundable) must be paid via PayPal within 24 hours of the close of the Auction. The remaining balance must be paid in US FUNDS with cashier’s check, ank check or wire transfer within three (3) business days of winning the vehicle. If payment is made by cashiers or bank check, hold will be placed on the title transfer until funds have cleared and the vehicle will not be released for shipping until that time. Credit card payments for remaining balance will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please arrange financing PRIOR to bidding.

If no contact is made within 24 hours and your intention to buy this vehicle cannot be confirmed or the sale is not completed within 3 business days, reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Any non-paying winning bidder/buyer will be reported to eBay.

Tax and Fee Information

"Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own state’s laws regarding taxes and fees, ut also remitting the proper taxes, ees and documents for their state. Vehicle Inspections

To the best of my ability, have disclosed all information I know about this vehicle. That being said, Buyer's Vehicle Inspection is certainly welcome. If you plan to have a Buyer's Vehicle Inspection, lease make sure you have the vehicle inspected prior to the end of the auction. Vehicle Inspection fees, f any, re the "Buyer's" sole responsibility.

Shipping and Pickup

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of the rolling chassis vehicle and all costs associated with the pickup or shipping of the rolling chassis vehicle. The vehicle is currently located in Spring Green, isconsin and is available for local pickup. Assistance is available to load onto your carrier's truck or trailer. I will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Please confirm that your Licensed "Carrier" of choice has sufficient insurance to cover any loss or damage in transit. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle is picked up.

Full payment MUST be made (and funds clear my account) PRIOR to picking up the vehicle. **If you wish to drive a salvage vehicle in the USA, t must pass a salvage inspection in the state you wish to register the vehicle.
