This car underwent an extensive rotisserie restoration. This Mustang was disassembled down to the bare body. The drivetrain was rebuilt. The suspension has been rebuilt and the interior restored to original. Few miles have been logged since this restoration was completed. We have several photos of the restoration in progress. The paint was refinished in the correct shade of Springtime Yellow. The bumpers were rechromed and the factory wheels were refinished and fitted with Michelin Whitewall radial tires all around. The finish and body are exceptional. The 14-inch wheels also feature spinner wire hubcaps all around. The black convertible top has been replaced. the top frame assembly restored and cylinders replaced. The power top functions correctly and is in excellent condition. The convertible top boot fastens securely in place. The interior is restored to original. The upholstery is the classic black crinkle vinyl front to back. The center console is paired with the underdash air conditioning setup. The dash displays factory gauges & the optional Rally-Pac tachometer & clock. We have the original Ford AM Radio as well. un-installed. This Mustang is just beautiful. Under the hood is the Ford-optioned Sprint 200 cubic inch inline-6 rated at 120 horsepower. This economical powerplant is paired with the C4 3-speed automatic transmission and 2. 86:1 ratio differential. The engine compartment is detailed to show and in excellent condition. The correct hoses. clamps. breather and valve cover are utilized. Small detailed are prevalent throughout this restoration effort. The air conditioning system was completely restored. This car is also optioned with factory power steering. The VIN stamping is clear on the inner fenderwell. The undercarriage further displays the extensive restoration efforts. The flooring has been finished in the correct red oxide while the suspension was completely disassembled and restored to new. front to back. The fuel tank and exhaust system has also been replaced. No bolt was left un-turned during this extensive restoration effort. This underbody is excellent. Grease pen markings are also re-created. The trunk is clean and detailed. restored and complete with the correct reproduction mat. spare tire/wheel and jacking equipment. The trunk's fiberboard inserts were also replaced along with all floor plugs throughout the undercarriage. The door undersides are excellent.
