The exterior in in very good condition with no noteworthy dents or dings. The paint shines all around. This is not a new SUV, o there are some minor blemishes, ut it looks a lot newer than a typical 2005 vehicle.

There has some been some paint work on the right side of the vehicle, ut it is very professional work that looks as good as the factory paint.

Exterior features include alloy wheels, og lamps and roof rails.

The interior is also in very good condition. There are no holes or tears in the leather seats.

The driver's seat has power controls.

The rear seat is in great shape, nd you can fold down either or both of the seat backs if you need extra cargo area.

This Escape Limited 4x4 comes with power windows, locks and mirrors; air conditioning; tilt wheel,cruise control, n AM/FM/CD changer stereo, rip computer/driver info center and more.

Safety features include dual air bags and ABS.

This Escape also has the optional power glass moonroof.

The manual is included.

The 3.0 liter V6 runs great, ated at 200 hp and 20/25 mpg (that's very good for a 4WD SUV)

The tires have plenty of tread remaining.

This vehicle could be driven, o mileage might be a little higher by the time the auction is over.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida.

Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on. The vehicle description above is for informational and narrative purposes only. Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, nd in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, hich could be delayed up to 15 days. Please note that if the vehicle is from outside of Florida, his can take up to 30 days.
We are a dealer, nd all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, otions, litigation, ettlements, r any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Placing your bid on this auction constitutes your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions

Payment and Fees

We will add a $199 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, e reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.

If you are seeking financing, lease be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding.
You may pay the purchase price in cash, ith a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. If you are the winner, $500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. Final payment is expected within 72 hours (3 days) of auction's end. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, lease do not bid

If you are a Florida resident, ou will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees.

If you are not a Florida resident, nd you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, ou will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, ou will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, e will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, e will not charge you any sales tax (however, ou will have to pay your state's tax at home).
