Mechanically- X5 Axle ratio drivesvery smoothly. Just serviced with new oil change, ecent transmission service with Marcon V, ear end fluid is good, ew air filter, /C is ice cold, eat blows hot. This vehicle is smooth and quiet with no issues. Vehicle has (4) newer matchingGoodyearRS-A tires 235/55/17 tires.Front and rear brakes are in good condition. All lights work, ower door locks and windows work. Transmission shifts nice and smooth and engine operates as it should. There are no leaks of any kind and this vehicle is ready for its new home.

Exterior-is nice and clean.Paint is nice and shiny. There are very few light scratches that is normal from being in service. There is an antenna on the trunk with 2 other plugged holes on trunk and two on the roof. There are some chips/crack on the hood from being in service. One small area on the roof has cracks in theclear coatthat looks like it was caused by bird droppings.

Interior-Interior is nice and clean. There are some holes on the dash trim from equipment and seats and seats are very clean with very minimal wear. Vehicle was just detailed and is nice and clean.
