1997 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra Convertible 2-Door 4.6L, Supercharged, Low Miles

ThisMustang is and has always been adult owned and driven so very tight, o squeaks or rattles. The convertible top is in excellent condition with one tiny place that was professionally repaired, o leaks and hardly noticeable. Front and rear bumper covers each have one place on them but still very presentable. The car runs and drives excellent but as stated the transmission will grind slightly if hustled going into second and third which leads me to believe the synchronizers may be worn. Now to the good stuff, his genuine Cobra 4V has been treated to a Vortech Supercharger that was professionally installed and dyno tuned with an SCT3 Tuner with the A/F ratio in the 11.5-1 range so now the engineputs down right at470 Horsepower to the rear tires, ery fun to drive. The 8.8 rear has 3.73 gears that were installed by a Ford dealership so the car zips away from idle with ease until the Supercharger kicks in at around 3000 RPMs. The car has never been to the track, ust a fun street carthat will keep up with all modern performance cars. The car was treated to a brand new leather interior, oth front and back seats, ith less than 300 miles since installation and cost justover$1,200.00. There is a modern CD player installed in the dash with IPod hookup and a sub in the trunk with new speakers all around and an amplifier. Some billet goodies here and there and genuine chrome FordTerminator rims,the original Cobra rims come with the purchase as do all the original parts to put the car back to stock if the buyer wishes. The car also has new Flowmastersand an off road x pipe but the original h pipe with cats comes with the car. We bought the car from a gentleman in Atlanta, A and drove it back to Birmingham, L with no issues of any kind and proceeded to make the car a lot more fun to drive as 300 HP will barely get you noticed in today's performance car market. All in all a very nice 1997 Cobra convertible that is driven on a fairly regular basis weather permitting. Although not a show car you will not be disappointed as this car has been very well taken care of and will not be out of place at any cruise-in on a Friday or Saturday night.
