• This auction is subject to prior sale. All our vehicles are available for sale locally at our licensed retail location in Florida.

• If you will be financing the purchase without any other separate cash payment please ensure you have your loan approved to cover both the purchase price, ny applicable taxes, egistration, ees and delivery charges. Please also ensure the financial institution providing your financing understands you will be purchasing the vehicle from a state-registered Florida auto brokers.

• The final winning price excludes all applicable taxes, egistration, ees and delivery/shipping charges.

• The winning bidder must pay a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of auction if in USA. If the winning bidder is outside the USA we require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if the purchaser fails to complete the transaction for any reason. The winning bidder must complete the sale within 7 days of close of auction. If this will not be possible you must contact us to make other arrangements. If not we reserve the right to relist the vehicle and/or sell it locally.

• This used vehicle is sold subject to all applicable Florida State Board of Equalization rules and regulations.

• This used vehicle is sold AS IS according to Florida law.

• We guarantee to supply the title for the vehicle within 45 of the close of sale. If you need the title faster than that please contact us prior to completing the sale.

• Unless specifically stated otherwise we guarantee to the title will be clean and free of all liens. The title will be completed according to Florida DMV regulations. We cannot be responsible for different DMV regulations in other states or countries.

• Vehicles sold to non-Florida residents must be professionally transported out of state or Florida sales tax will be applied to the purchase.

• Florida residents are required to physically complete the relevant DMV paperwork in person at our license business premises.

• The buyer may request an independent mechanical inspection at their own expense. The buyer agrees to give Wall Springs Auto Sales a copy of the inspection report and an opportunity to address any issues found.

• We accept Certified & Cashier's Checks and Bank transfers in US Dollars. We can accept payments from recognized financial institutions such as Credit Unions.
