2000 Ford 15 Passenger Van 6.8l V10 *Frame Issues

This passenger van is a nice van that will go at a great price. The front A arm looks like it was welded by the previous owners and we have not done anything with it. This could be a sign of possible frame damageeven though we have know it runs and drives great. The buyer must know that we can not sign it off as road worthy.
