This vehicle is a donated vehicle; as such this consigning Community Service Organization (501c3) has chosen NOT to perform a detailed mechanical or physical inspection.

Up for auction is a 2003 Ford Explorer Limited 4x4 that was recently donated to a national charitable organization (501c3) NPO and is being sold with NO RESERVE.

It is equipped with an 4.6L FI SOHC 16V V8 engine with an automatic transmission (Transmission NOT Working) featuring overdrive, t is a 4x4(Four Wheel Drive)

It has 136.509 miles, t is Autocheck & Carfax Certified (Excellent) it’s very well equipped. The Leather front seats appear to be in Excellent condition, he Leather center seat is excellent and the Leather 3rd Row seat looks like no one has sat it in.

A good detail will make a huge difference. The exterior paint of the car is Champagne and in very good condition the body appears to be in very good condition, here are bumps, ruises, lease view all the photos. The tires appear to be in Good Condition.

If you are a California Resident intending on registering this vehicle in the State of California, ND not a Dealer, hen we will provide you with either a “certificate of compliance” or a “certificate of non-compliance” along with the sale. There will be a 60.00 fee assessed to your total amount.

Under California law all vehicles in California over 10 years old are mileage exempt including this vehicle. Per California DMV code: (CVC §§1819, 751, 900, nd 5901)

The California Vehicle Code (CVC) 24007 (b) (2) issued in accordance with section 44015 of the Health and Safety Code, tates that buyers can be presented with a certificate of compliance or a certificate of non-compliance (that has been issued within 90 days) before or at the time of sale. This will allow buyers to pay the registration fees and tax then transfer the car into their name at the DMV and provides them with 90 days of temporary registration from the time the certificate of non-compliance was issued for the vehicle, hus allowing the buyer time to repair the vehicle and bring it into smog conformity.
