2009 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 4WD SUV

I am selling a 2009 Ford Explorer 4WD Eddie Bauer Edition as part of my late father's estate sale. He was a retiree, wned the car for nearly all of its life, nd kept it in pretty good shape inside and out. I have extensive records of all services, hich were regularly performed, nd repairs. I will discuss the more notable ones with you over the phone before you make a trip to see the car. I also have the Carfax report, which I am happy to provide. The title is clean and already in my name. There are some small scratches and dents inside and out upon close inspection (see details below) -- so if you are very meticulous about your 4x4's appearance it could be an issue -- but I think it is normal wear and tear and wouldn't put off most people. - burgandy red color with tan trim; tan leather seats and interior; running boards and roof rack
- 108,000 miles, ostly interstate
- garage kept and in AZ almost all of its life; it was used for several cross country trips and vacations
- brand new tires two months ago; about 1,500-2,000 mi. on them
- single disc MP3/CD player; Bluetooth; Sirius Radio ready
- heated seats; power driver seat
- third row seats
- 4WD, BS traction control, ir bags

More on condition:
Reasonable wear and tear for 7 year old car with 108,000 mi.
Outside the car, number of minor scratches and small dents upon close inspection, ut nothing major or noticeable from more than about 5-10 feet away.
Inside the car, inor scratches from transporting items and discolorations on driver's seat, loor mat and steering wheel which should mostly come out with detailing.
No known existing defects or missing parts. Car was carefully serviced over the years.
Partial engine rebuild several years ago, nd all has run well since. Repaired front passenger side collision with side of garage a couple of years ago.
