LicensedCarriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility
for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. We arenot affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regardingshipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, ot with us.

Theamount of time it takes for delivery independent on the carrier, ut isgenerally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility
until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for anEstimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Finalizingyour Purchase:

Wewill contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auctioncloses.

Successfulhigh bidder MUST communicate with us ASAP by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete theirtransaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 24 hours, e reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sellto any other qualified buyer.

Inorder to secure bid on vehicle, uccessful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hoursof bid closing send to Seller a non refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00by Pay Pal, ajor credit card, ash in person or bank certified funds. Within 7days of bid closing, uyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer,cash in person, ank certified funds to Seller.

Attime of sending initial deposit, uyer MUST fax or email copy of their Stateissued valid Driver License. Furthermore, efore said vehicle is released for
shipment to Buyer, ll other Sale related and title related paperwork must besigned and returned complete to Seller.

A $399 fee will be added to final sale price of each online transaction,which will cover document preparation, isting, itle transfer, otary and FedEx
fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, ounty, ity taxes andfees, s well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be
registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to betitled and registered. CT residents are subject to State and City taxes along
with registration and title fees. A 30 day temporary transit tags are availablefor $75.00.Buyer must provide a valid proof of insurance in order to receive
Temp. Tags.
