2007 Saleen Parnelli Jones limited Edition

This is a limited edition Saleen Parnelli Jones Boss 302. Number 223 of 500 . If you are looking at this car you know what it is . Arguably one of the best limited edition cars he ever built. In this homage to the Trans-Am race car, teve modified virtually everything to make it a great looking and great driving car. The 302 cu in Saleen built three valve V8 produces 400 HP and 390 ft/lb of torque . The hi revving engine was blue printe, quipped with a comp camshaft and matching valve springs that allows it to rev to 7000 RPM. Also equipped with Saleen pulleys, billet harmonic balancer, ew cylinder heads and a lightweight aluminum flywheel. The rest of the drivetrain includes a rugged Tremec 5 speed transmission with special Saleen shifter and 3.73 rear gears. Exhaust is through a special stainless system that sounds incredible.
The appearance modifications are subtle but make the stock mustang stand out. Mods include the flat black shaker hood, ear slats, nbsp;special chrome surround of the rear facia, eplica mini lite alloy wheels,replica rear wing, pecial side skirts, pecial front spoiler, illet aluminum fuel fill door, ood pins, nd limited edition badging among others.
Perhaps there best part of this car is the reworked race-craft suspension that Saleen was so famous for in his race cars. The car handles like it is on rails yet is smooth and comfortable. Braking is incredible with special Saleen 4 piston front. calipers
This car was sold new at Napa Ford in California to a local dentist. I purchased the car several years ago and have kept it under cover in my garage ever since. I own several collector cars and hardly ver use it so it needs to go to a new home where it can be enjoyed. Car is as new. No disappointments.
