1994.5 Ford F350 (1-Ton) 7.3L Powerstroke Turbo Diesel
5 speed Manual, rew Cab, ong Bed
Approx 252,000 Miles I know these crew cabs are rare and I have had numerous folks stop me and ask about purchasing it in the past, o I wanted to put this thing up for a chance for someone else to grab it before I convert it to a work truck since it is still in nice shape and relatively straight body. If it doesn't sell I'll be putting a custom flat bed on. Does have a few things that could be fixed due to wear and tear so I have priced very low for a quick sale.
This is the late build "1994.5", engines were available this year and this one is the Electronically Injected 7.3 Turbo I don't think it was technically called "Powerstroke" until 1995 or so
Engine runs great, speed manual trans shifts well, ransmission was rebuilt by previous owner at just under 200k miles with new clutch installed at that time (not sure if it's an upgraded clutch or not but it does not slip).I get anywhere from 15 to 17.5 MPG depending on whether I'm in town or highway, lways run Standyne fuel additive. I run Delo 400 in it and do add a few quarts between changes.
When I bought it the truck the engine was stock other than an 4" exhaust and down pipe (still has the Cat installed).
Some other tasteful upgrades including:
Leveling kit (upgraded leaf springs)
35" tires (315/75R15)
Black aluminum wheels
Gorilla wheel locks
After market fender flares
ProTech headache rack with full aluminum bed rails
Line-X bed linerTurbo Replaced with new and new pedestal O-rings (203,000)
Extendable towing mirror upgrade
Just this year I installed:
S&B air intake ($300)
TS 6 position chip ($200)Banks Intercooler Kit ($1580)Two new batteries ($330)New ignition cylinderNew AlternatorNew AC lines with recharge
I want this to be an honest sale and no surprises for the buyer so listed below are any "issues" with the truck. There are still a couple things I haven't gotten around to fixing, he issues with the vehicle are as follows (they are mostly cosmetic):
-The front fuel tank shows empty sometimes (trip computer works so I use mileage to determine tank level) selector switch and rear tank level sending unit both work
-The Passenger side door lock cylinder was pushed in and I haven't replaced it- has been this way since I've had the truck, live in a good area.
-Drivers side rear door latch is broken so it wont open, I locked it once and it never unlocked)
-AC/heat, verything works temp wise, ut it all blows out of the defrost area instead of the vents in front of the dash.
-E-brake cable is stretched. Have new rear cables for both sides new in the box to go with the truck.
-Front end ball joint has a clunk sometimes when turn full from one direction to the other
-A couple plastic pieces in the interior are broken or cracked including the hinge for the armrest storage area. Easy junkyard find. Carpet needs a good cleaning.
The truck has a clean title.
