One Owner Fleet maintained with all maintenance records ! Runs and Drives great

2009 Ford E350 Van. This is a One Owner Fleet maintained van. I have all the service records and they will go with the van. All maintenance was done on time by certified mechanics.
It was used as a prisoner transport van, o all of the miles are highway miles. I have removed all of the prisoner dividers and started to build new shelving to use it as a service truck in the plumbing field. . I have since acquired a box van, o I decided to sell this one.
The walls and ceiling are all now sprayfoam insulated and plywooded. I have a few shelves and all the uprights installed and I can finish it for the buyer if they want at no extra cost. I have also installed all LED lighting in the back that light up the van amazingly whenever the doors are opened, was really doing this van up nice with all intentions of putting it to work.
The entire floor in the rear is diamond plated aluminum, ery nice and durable. All rear doors have aluminum plating on the inside. Side slider opens and shuts perfectly, s do all other doors.
Theres an aluminum fold down rear platform for easier access into the van. Very nice feature. It can be removed as it is only held in place through the hitch.
The cab interior is in excellent shape, o dirt or wear . Rubber floor looks brand new.
Van runs amazing and strong with no engine light on. The low tire light is on but it must be a faulty sensor because all tires are basically new and hold air as they should. I was going to have it looked at but really dont see the need to.
Suspension is tight with no rattles or shakes. drives perfect down the highway at 65mph. Brakes work excellent.
There is a rear AC and heat unit that is still hooked up. I was in the process of removing it but never got around to finishing it. It is an aftermarket setup that was installed by the company that customized the van for transport. I looked the unit up online and it sells for over $2,300.00. I am including that with the van.
Driver spotlight is still on the van. may need a bulb, t moves and turns but I couldnt get it to light up.
This is a very well kept, lean one owner van. all highway miles with maintenance records that will come with the van. paint is very shiny and there is no rust or body damage. Mechanically a very solid and great running van. If you are in the Chicagoland area feel free to come take a look and drive before you bid.
