2013 Ford escape with Ford Factory Warranty through 100k miles or 2021

This car was bought from a Ford dealer in June of 2012 it was purchased with fords certified pre-owned warranty which is transferable. The warranty is good until 100,000 miles or 4/29/2021. The car is in immaculate shape There are no dents or scratches to note. Everything on the car works perfectly for all intensive purposes the car looks like brand new.
I'm not sure about standard features or options for this car so I will note the car has the following.1.6 eco-boost engineRemote start4 wheel drive
The reason we are selling this car is that it belonged to our mother who passed away suddenly a few weeks ago and no one in the family needs the car. We are really only looking to be bought out of the loan.
