2002 ford f150 only 89K

Hello All,
Up for auction I have very nice 2002 Ford F150 XLT with only 89K on it. Entire drive line is in very good shape. First I will mention the good, hen the areas that need work.
-New battery
-Almost brand new tires all around
-New coil
-Extremely Low MILES!
-Engine and Trans work very well.
-Interior is very clean
-Fully loaded XLT Package (Power Everything)
-Tow Package
-Frame is in very good shape (surface rust but nothing rusted through)

Items that need work.
-Truck has some body rust (it was a work truck so it looks like one)
-Cab mount on driver side is rusted
-Check engine light is on for a few codes. I believe them all to be related to an intake manifold gasket leak (very common with the 4.2 v6) truck starts right up and runs fine but when you give it a good amount of gas it will kind of choke out.
Codes: P1131, 1151, 0171, nd P0174 all related to air leak. The first two sets of codes are for the same issue just for each bank and the second set are the same situation.
-Might need new gas tank, light fuel odor when filled around 3/4 (def needs new tank straps at the least)
-I bought the truck with intentions of using it but want to see if anyone is interested. Previous owner signed and dated the title (2/28/16) (you have 30 days to register it from the date of the sale) so you would have a month to register. If the truck doesn't sell I will register it under my name.
The truck has incredibly low miles on it and is great to fix up or maybe use the drive line in a different truck. Call or text me anytime. I have attached all of the pics that I have.
The truck (in good condition) books for $4500 (via Kelly Blue Book). I realize it needs work so I believe the opening bid is fair.
Might also be able to deliver for fee.
