I have been using this little Wagon to run around town and beyond. All of the lights work, s do the wipers, eater, adio, urn signals, tc. It runs well and is equipped with a six cylinder 170 motor and a two-speed Fordomatic Transmission. The engine runs well without smoking and the transmission shifts fine. I was told that it has a salvage title because a previous owner sold it to a wrecking yard many years ago. The car is currently registered in California and the Certificate of Title is in my name.
A show car this is NOT. The paint is in rough condition and mismatched in areas. There is some rust at the rear of the roof that has been filled, lso some rust in the lowerLH rear quarter panel, nd it appears the front floor pans have been replaced. Also, he rear floor area has some rust in it and appears to have been coated and treated with POR15. The frame rails are solid, s is most of the car except as noted above. The seats are in good shape without tears...door panels are rough as is carpet. The headliner is intact without tears
As far as I know the Falcon was built in California and has been here for a long time. Please note that the rear tailgate hinges were repaired (not correctly) and as a result there are bolts in the bottom exterior rear of the tailgate.
I recently replaced the muffler and rebuilt the carburetor. There is still plenty to improve on the Wagon...just needs some help from a new owner!
The Wagon is sold "as is" and you or your representative are welcome to inspect and drive it.
I can deliver within a 100 miles including the Port of Oakland area.
