Truck is in excellent condition. Runs great. No issues. Cold A/C & Hot Heat. No check engine light.
I just replaced the O2 Sensor and Purge Valve at Ford Dealership. ($650)
Oil changed every 3k miles.
Engine is clean (just covered in pollen)
No oil leaks
Needs nothing except maybe some new tires.

The guy I had make the custom sub box was in FL and when I received it it was about 2in to long so it doesn't slide all the way under the seat but it doesn't bother me. You can always get it re-cut or get a new box. I'll knock $100 off the price of the truck if you don't want the subs.
Bank in Tennessee has title but it wont be hard to get.
