This excursion has been modified to be handicapped accessible. The middle seat, ehind the drivers seat, as removed and the rear drivers side door has been rehinged to swing the opposite way.A suicide door conversion. The door used a solenoid to open the latch, nd it is powered by an actuator to open and close with the push of a button. The auctuator is getting weak and I can replace it with a new one if the purchaser chooses. If someone buys it who doesn't need it to be automatic, hen the autactor can be removed and the door can be opened and closed manually. There are suregrip hand controls one the vehicle. I am a paraplegic and need them to operate the vehicle. I can remove them if someone abled bodied buys the truck. There is a spinner knob on the wheel as well. I still have the rear seat and can reinstall it for the new owner if desired.
The truck has a trailer brake controller, pioneer nav with ipod adapter, nd a 40 gallon grease car veggie oil kit on it as well. With the factory 44 gallon tank, nd the veggie tank hold 40 gallons, ou can put 84 gallons of fuel in the truck and drive for over 1200 miles between fill ups. The veggie kit has brand new stainless steel solenoids on it and they are maintenance free.
I just did new brake pads all around, wo new calipers on the rear. A new lift pump was put on two months ago. Last year I had all four drivers side injectors tested and they all came back within factory spec and run great. It has bf goodrich AT tires on it. The only issues are some small stone chips on the hood, nd a small dent buy the fuel fill neck. Sometimes it has hard starts in the winter, o new glow plugs would probaly help, r just plug in the engine block heater. Both batteries were changed out last year. The trucl runs and drives great. The four wheel drive works perfectly and it never gets stuck.
