2004 Ford Taurus SE -
I've had this car for about 9 months. It's not the fastest car in the world by any means, ut when you turn the key it starts and keeps going. The previous owner was a mechanic who won it at a police auction a while ago. When I bought it the only problem that arose was a leaking vacuum hose causing it to run lean and rough idle. I got that fixed 4 months ago. Here's the pros and cons so you can make an educated decision.
Pros:*3 Keys
*This engine (vulcan v6) is very reliable. Transmission is working perfectly aswell.
*Zippy, nd shoots straight as an arrow
*Very comfortable, imple interior
*Wheels are in good condition
*Trunk is MASSIVE
*Spare
Cons:
*Back seat windows don't roll down
*Clear Coat is gone on half of the trunk and a bit in other areas (roof and hood)
*Small scrape up on driver side rear bumper
*Tint on the back window is 50% gone because I was in the process of removing it and never re-applied the remover to finish it.
*Tint on driver window is peeling a bit
Pretty much all aestetics. Has gotten all regualr maintenance.
