I bought this truck from a local farmer here in Iowa who passed away and his son inherited this truck. The son wanted to keep it as a daily driver and in the family, ut they didnt drive a manual transmission so they converted it to a automatic. They did it right and installed a top quality lokar kit automatic. It is a v8 that shifts with ease and goes down the road 60 plus mph like it should. This truck was a blast to drive! It has had a new starter and cylinoid installed recently. The guages are working as far as I can see except for the speedometer.The truck was repianted by the original farmer in 1998 and some of the paint is lifting etc. It has its typical patina dings and small rust spots etc. the floors are solid. Look at the pics and video to see any cosmetic spot i saw. the underside looks good with only normal road wear.The doors open and shut with no sag. The box is solid and the engine runs with no knocks misses or smoke. It fires up on the first try. The raised white letter steel belted radial tires have servicable tred for a daily driver, ut are not new. The seat back looks as pictured and usable and the bottom part should be reupholstered, have a seat cover on it now that looks good. The lights and wipers work great. The glass in the truck looks good and the windows go up and down. This truck comes with a matching numbers clean title ready for you to register. The plates, oppers, ice, nd dash magnets do not go with the truck as they ar epart of my personal collection. I do not want to overcall it or undercall it, et the pictures and video tell the story. As everyone has their own opinion on what a daily driver 44 year old truck should be, would recommend coming to inspect by appointment or hire ebay to do a independant inspection for you.
