1965 Cobra Daytona Coupe 289 Chassis

THIS CHASSIS IS AS CLOSE AS IT GETS TO THE "REAL THING"!!!
This chassis is an authentic replica of the original world famous 1965 Daytona Coupe. This chassis is designed for the leaf spring independent suspension with everything necessary to begin installing interior and exterior body panels and suspension. All of the tubing on the chassis is DOM mild steel tubing and all of the sheet steel is CNC cut and bent to the original specifications of the Daytona Coupe. The frame is both MIG and TIG welded with superior quality that is extremely difficult to find anywhere else (The pictures will speak for themselves).
This chassis includes everything except the additional tubing that is required for the aluminum body panels (which would be personal preference depending on which body style is desired)

Improvements to the original design
-Used 1.25" square tubing instead of 3/4" square tubing for the rocker rail.
-Added double shear tabs to the front and rear A-arm suspension mounts. (Note: the front tabs are not in the pictures).
