Mobile oil change van. This is a 1995 Ford E350 maxi van with the rare and desirable 7.3 Powerstroke diesel engine. It is just about a turn key business ready to go. I ran this business for 2 years before I had to close it for a family emergency. I decided I am getting too old to climb under more cars now. It can be a great business with a low investment if you are mechanically inclined. This van would also be great for a company that needs to service their own fleet in the field or for a mobile mechanic. Equipment The van is fully equipped with three 20 gallon fresh oil tanks. Two are set up with air operated pumps that feed the oil through hose reels to oil meters or guns. You just pull out the hose and pump the oil directly into the car or truck. The meter counts the quarts as they go in. I kept 10w30 in one for gas engines and 15w40 in the other for diesels but they will handle any weight oil. The third tank can be used for oil storage or it can be set up for another grade of oil or grease. There is a 55 gallon waste oil tank. It has an electric suction pump that pulls the oil up out of the drain pan. There is no pouring the hot waste oil, he pump pulls it up and into the waste tank with the flip of a switch. The waste oil tank also has an electric pump to pump off the oil at the end of the day. Just park next to another waste tank or drum and pump the used oil out of the van. The compressor is a 30 gallon, as engine powered unit. It has a 13 horsepower engine with electric start. I usually ran it up to 150 PSI in the morning and could do several oil changes before I needed to run it again. The compressor is attached to an air line on a hose reel for filling tires or running air tools as well as to the air oil pumps. It also has an extra fitting to run another air line out the side door. The engine on the compressor has very low hours. The fourth hose reel in the back is for windshield washer fluid. It flows from a 5 gallon tank in the van through a demand pump. It makes it really easy to top off washer fluid in cars with the hose. In the back of the van are three large drawers for holding tools and fluids. I am including all of the oil change tools with the van as well as a set of replacement drain plugs and gaskets. You will need your own basic hand tools. The largest drawer, kept fluids like antifreeze, ransmission fluids etc. There is plenty of room. The aluminum jack is new. There is an oil spill kit, rease gun, rash can, uckets for used filters and dirty towels, ire extinguisher, as can (fill it with diesel for changing diesel fuel filters) hand cleaner and towels, loves and dispenser etc. There are a total of 4 oil pans. Two 15 quart, ne large one (32 quarts I think) and a small pan for generators and small engines. I have included two rubber mats to use under cars to prevent spills. Your customers will be happy when they see those. In the middle of the van is a large cabinet for filter and oil storage. Below it is a locking tool cabinet for your hand tools. There is an oil extractor that you can use to pull oil up through the dipstick tube. Most customers don't like this method so I only used it when the drain plugs were stripped. There is also a nitrogen tire infiltrator and a large full tank of nitrogen. I am also including 3 large boxes of new oil filters plus the cabinet is full. The van 1995 E350 one ton van. I have seen mobile lube vans built on 1/2 ton chassis and it is just too much weight. This one is a diesel with the 7.3 turbo powerstroke. It gets much better mileage than a gas van plus much longer life. This one has high miles at around 280K but these 7.3s usually last twice that. I used to service one that had over 700K miles and ran great. This van sat for a couple of years but runs just fine. I just completed some repairs that I didn't have time for when I was working in it. It has a new starter, ne new battery (the other one tested fine) new glow plugs and controller, ew fuel filter, ew Injector drive computer. It needs an oil change but the van's new owner and I will do it to show how it works. The tires are decent. The van has a little bit of rust and some wavy body work in some places but its completely presentable, specially for a work van. I removed the phone number but left the rest of the lettering. I figured that if someone wanted to use the same company name, hey could save some money by just putting their number on it. If not, t comes off easily with a heat gun. If the new owner wants to use the same company name, will also include a stack of uniform patches for your work shirts. They have the liberty bell and say Freedom Mobile Lube. This has been a solid van and has never let me down. I received many compliments on the van and how well set up it is. There is a lot more, f you are interested, would be happy to show it. It has a clear Nevada title in my name. I am selling this as the equipment for a business but not as an existing business. I will include all the free advice you want about this type of business and provide you with all the vendors I got things from. It's not an easy business but if you like cars and are willing to work, ou can be successful. The van is located in Pahrump, evada. That's 60 miles West of Las Vegas. Email me if you would like to come see it. I am offering it as pick up only but will work with your shipper. With payment in full, will store it for you in doors for up to one year. That should make it a lot easier to schedule a time to come and pick it up. Please don't hesitate to email me with any questions.
