1960 Ford Fairlane 500The car runs and drive good. It has the original inline 6 cylinder that runs very strong. It has a new points, ondenser, ap, lugs,wires, ew 12 vlt regulator, ew battery. It has an automatic transmission with a brand new B&M floor mount shifter. It was originally a 3 speed on the tree. The car was already converted when I got it. The interior needs full restoration. I consider this a running project car. It can be driven daily but it will need some maintenance before doing so. It does need a new radiator the top part of the tank has a crack. I found a replacement radiator for $75. It does have an electric fan that works. The car does leak a little I believe from the transmission. Again it does start right up and I have been driving i, ut it is not a vehicle that your just going to jump in and start cruising. I just want to make this clear once again . It is a running project car with a ton of potential and it does get alot of compliments. The body is pretty solid it is not a rusty basket case. With that said it does have very little rust in a few areas but overall its very solid. This car would make an awesome Hot rod, 0's style kustom or just an original cruiser.
