Up for sale, erfect for spring cruising, s my original 1965 Mustang with just under 85,000 original miles! I'll be moving up north in the coming months, nd this car is too nice to put through a northern snow and salty winter.
The car has it's original 289 2v engine attached to a Cruise-O-Matic Transmission. The car starts right up, uns strong, nd doesn't overheat (as was a notorious problem with the early Mustangs). Maintenance has been faithfully upkept.
It has the full deluxe package -- power steering, ony interior, ood paneled dash, eatbelts (also have brand new ones to install), ustang radio, ual exhaust, nd original Ford factory air conditioning. It even still has the houndstooth flooring in the trunk. It also has thin original-style whitewall tires and the original spinner hubcaps.
The car is Ford Arcadian Blue, hines beautifully, nd was resprayed the original color once by a previous owner. It is equipped with its 2-tone blue and white pony interior, nd is in absolutely excellent shape.
There are a few typical wear and tear marks in the driver's seat from getting in and out and driving over the last 50 years (See picture). There are NO cracks in the dash, nd the cowl does not leak (which was known to be a major problem in these cars!).
In a heartbeat, 'd trust it to drive anywhere (long distance/around town, tc) with no problem. It would be a great original collector's car, r a driver which you can enjoy while upgrading/restoring/etc. It's one of the best original, nmolested cars around.
Check out the pictures, nd also the YouTube video link below which is a walk-around of the car while it's running.

Please contact me with more questions before bidding. I'd be happy to show the car around the Nashville area. The vehicle is for sale locally, nd I reserve the right to end the auction early due to local sale.
