2002 Ford F250 4x4 Diesel 7.3L Powerstroke rust free Project work truck

This is a rust free 2002 F250 XLT 4x4 7.3 Diesel Powerstroke engine with 306,000 miles. This truck doesn't run it will need to be towed from San Tan Valley, rizona. The pictures show its present condition and the bed goes with the truck if you want it. I will put the bed on the truck if needed. Only buy it now if you have the funds to pay for this truck thanks.
I just bought this truck three weeks ago and put one mile on it when the trucks water in fuel light came on and then it decided not to go past 1000 rpm's. I then shut it down and drained the fuel system from the filter bowl to the fuel tank but I haven't been able to start it since. It has good oil pressure and the engine will run for 2 seconds. I'm no diesel mechanic but it shouldn't be to hard to fix for someone that know the 7.3L diesel engine.
