ALSO HAS THE ORIGINAL 289 ENGINE THAT IS HOPPED UP WITH RACING CAM. BORED 30 OVER. nbsp;HOLLEY 4 BBL 650. AND HEADERS WITH 2 1/2" DUAL EXHAUST THAT SOUNDS GREAT BLOWING OUT THE FLOWMASTER MUFFLERS. HAS THE C4 AUTOMATIC TRANS. I DONT KNOW IF ITS ORIG. ALSO HAS AN UPDATED 350 GEAR IN THE 8" POSI REAREND. ABOUT 8000 MILES SINCE RESTORATION. THE FRONT END WAS LOWERED FOR THAT TOURING LOOK. THERES A MARTI REPORT FOR THE CAR. IT SHOWS THIS C CODE CAR IS 1 OF 18 PRODUCED IN THIS COLOR AND TRIM. THATS A LOW NUMBER. GUYS. THIS THING RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT WITH POWER STEERING AND POWER DRUM BRAKES THAT STOP THE BEAST VERY WELL. ALSO HAS ADDED RPM GAUGE IN CENTER OF DASH AND ALL THE OTHER GAGES WORK. EVERTHING WORKS EXCEPT HORN AND FRONT ADDED DRIVING LIGHTS. HAS THE 2+2 OPTION WHICH IS THE FOLD DOWN REAR SEAT WITH HATCH. HAS FRONT AND REAR SEAT BELTS. HAS NICE CONSOLE WITH COMPARTMENT. ALWAYS BEEN A PRETTY SOLID CAR FOR A MUSTANG. ITS HAD LIKE THREE SPOTS IN FLOOR PATCHED WITH METAL AND ONE WITH SOME FIBERGLASS OVER PINHOLES. I ASSUME BY THE LOOKS OF IT {SEE PICS}. THE WORSE THING IS THE LAST 1/2 FOOT OF REAR FRAME RAILS HAVE BEEN SOME WHAT PATCHED OVER. TO ME IT LOOKS LIKE RUST BLISTERS WITH UNDERCOAT OVER THEM. YOU KNOW HOW THE METAL WILL SWELL OUT WITH LAYERS OF RUST ? THATS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. ITS HAD A LITTLE BONDO USED ON VERY REAR OF QUARTERS AND AN OUTSIDE DOOR CORNER. EVERYTHING ELSE LOOKS REALLY GOOD AND STRAIGHT. MAGNET DOES STICK EVERY WHERE ELSE. THE 17" TORQUE THRUST LOOK GREAT AND THE TIRES ARE LIKE NEW. OBVIOUSLY THE CAR HAS BEEN LOWERED. NICE SLEEK LOOK.
