I have been driving it since 2013. It is not perfect and I don't consider it done (is any hotrod?). I have moved and it is no longer practical to keep it, o here is your chance to take it to the next level or just enjoy the way it is.

Some additional details about the Gasser. I included a photo of what I started with (there was a running flathead V8 in it), nother interior view, nd one of the scales shots I took during the build process. The scale information was taken with most everything in its place; it it dry weight: no fuel, il, ntifreeze, tc. It is lighter than it looks :)The dash has a radio delete panel from a Hudson. It fit and looked cool. The trunk handle is not original but does operate the factory latch mechanism. It may be from around a '41 Hudson (?). I had a difficult time trying to ID it. I bought it off Ebay and grafted it in. It polishes up nicely. It has the original heater box. It was fitted with a new heater core. It was relocated to the right because of the engine and firewall setback. The steering wheel has a quick release. I have used it as a security feature by locking it in the trunk while I am away from it.More about the engine: The crank is polished, etains standard size bearings. The block was bored to 4.155 making piston selection much easier. The heads are ported and gasket matched to the intake.I have put over 700 miles on it since September. The battery is mounted inside a sealed battery box in the trunk. There is a battery cut-off switch mounted at the right rear just above the bumper. The alternator is 108 amp and mounted with a custom bracket that tucks it back and low, reat for visual ascetics.
Included is a neat folder with wiring diagram.

The three gauge mount under the dash is cast not thin stamped metal. Everything I sourced was intended to be like the mid 60s with a few updates added. The buyer will see the photo of my Dad's that this pays tribute to. He had his in 1967.
