2000 Ford Explorer - V8 - 5.0L - Eddie Bauer - Needs some work

Hi, am trying to sell my truck... It's been a greatlittle truck, ut does need some work and I don't have the time or energy to get it fixed prior to selling it.
Here's what it needs:
The truck needs some work on the exhaust manifold as well as the starter. As for the starter, brought it to the mechanic they put a secure, emp starter bypass in. I haven't brought it back in to get fixed as I don't want to put the money into it. The front, assenger bumper is also dented (please see photos) and there is some wear and tear on the inside, ut not a ton. Finally, runk window is missing a bolt, o I keep it closed (an easy fix that I don't have time for).
