1997 Ford F250 XLT ext cab Long Bed 4x4 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel F-250 F350 F-350

I'm selling my 1997 ford f250 extended cab long bed 4x4 truck with 194k original miles. This is a no reserve auction that someone will get a great deal on im sure. Whatever it sells for is what it sells for. I have a clean title in hand. It has power windows, locks and mirrors that all work. Remote keyless entry that works. Sliding rear window. Aftermarket CD player that works. Gray cloth interior that is in very good shape for the age. Truck has aluminum contractor cap that side boxes lock and have key as well as new shocks for doors. All lights on the truck work. Brakes and 4x4 function fine. Truck has brand new motorcraft batteries and cooper AT3 tires. Truck of course has typical ford rust at wheel wells. Door sills and floors are solid. has some rust underneath with only real bad spot being radiator support is rotted through underneath. raditor is solid and doesnt move so not a big issue. Truck in good shape for its age as a Midwest truck. The truck has a huge list of new parts:
Previous owner claimed it has new injector, low plugs and glow plug controller but I have no proof of it
I have installed in the last 4k miles:
Water pump
Various pulleys and tensioner
Serpentine belt
Brake booster pump
Fuel pump rebuild
Replacement of various fuel lines
Radiator hoses
Thermostat
Rebuilt ecm
ICP sensor
Crank sensor
Idm
Driver and passenger valve cover wiring harnesses
S&B intake system
I'm sure there's other things I'm missing
Unfortunately there's some bad to it too
- after changing wiring harnesses in valve covers, he passenger valve cover has developed a small oil leak.
-the cat is cut out of the truck. It was having power issues so cut out cat to see if it was clogged. Cat was OK but have a new 4in turbo back exhaust included with the sale that just needs to be installed. Obviously runs fine with cat cut out.
- there is a small fuel leak that looks like a crack in the fuel filter housing
- as with most of these, ear tank leaks
- As of this evening went to start the truck and it fires and dies. All of a sudden it won't start. I'm done with this truck and not putting any more time and money into it. Good truck at a great price for someone with some diesel knowledge. When truck was running before issues it ran great. Just don't have knowledge to repair myself and tired of putting money into a truck I don't need. My big loss will be someone's gain. Contact me asap to see it
