This is a low mileage lease return that we converted to a refrigerated van. Meaning the Refrigeration system and liner is Brand New!! This system is without Standby, ut standby can be added for $1800 at any point to this specific system. At an idle this system will easily get into the middle teens @ speed into negative temps (-10*F) or colder (depending on number of door openings and amb temp) If you live in a hot and or humid climate like FL you can easily and very reliably keep 0*F product with multiple door openings per hour. Why? because we use the latest highest r-value insulation on the market. 1 of this press block foam = up to 2 1/3 of the popular closed cell systems other companies use in their liners. Combine that with the radiant and conductive heat barriers we put into every system, nd you will have a van refrigeration system that not only gets colder you have one that will stay colder longer, nd crazy fast temp pull down, nd recovery even in the heat! @ speed we recorded 6 degrees of recovery per minute and 2.5 *F recovery @ an idle. How are we different? Most systems do not incorporate a heat shield of any kind. This means 1/3 to 1/2 of your insulation is struggling to keep heat out while the rest is trying to keep your cold in. With our double barrier heat shielding now all of the insulation is working to keep the cold in the box. While the heat shield works to keep the heat out. this means we can put a smaller unit on that does not have to work as hard. Not to mention the insulation we use is guarantee for 25 years. Meaning as the truck gets older the unit will not have to work harder which is the case for most systems that use polystyrene as their insulation base. (which is why you see some vans with the biggest system they can physically put on a the van in a lot of cases.) I have been in this business since 94, nd building vans since 01 and I have used every standard method out there, nd I was never happy with the results so 5 years ago I decided to research and build my own system taking the best ideas out of the various methods used to build refrigerated trucks. This van is a compilation of the best and latest materials, nd 20+ years in this business. We are the Factory and a licensed car dealer, o if you want to upgrade what we have already done here we can do that, r we can build a system into any vehicle you may have or we can help you find a very low mileage van at auction. We have even developed a self contained all electric system that can go 4 hours (non stop van/truck off) to 12 hours cycling @ 35*F while the van is running on a single charge. We can also build using anyone's equipment Carrier, K, anotti, TC.
