Ford F150, FX Sport, Lifted, Loads of Extras, Pristine

Selling my 2012 F150 FX2 (2wd). Vehicle is in immaculate condition and my ask price is based on KBB with no price increase added for the value of all the modifications, am asking $30k firm which is more that a smoking deal given all the add-ons. Clean/clear title in my possesion. I am the 2nd owner, urchased the truck with 7k miles on it, riginal owner traded it for an F350.
