1934 Ford BB 1 ton truck.

Here’s a funny story about this truck, t belongs to a customer of ours and he asked us to sell it for him. We had it sent to be cleaned and when it was cleaned I went to take pictures of it and realized a friend, ormer co-worker and current customer that I was just about to deliver a second Mercedes-Benz wagon to had built this truck 15 years ago. What a terribly small world! John when I met him was a Master Certified Mercedes-Benz mechanic at the former Foreign Motors West MB franchise in Natick MA. An over the top mechanic and as most talented mechanics they have these secret projects they dream to accomplish in their spare time. And here is Johns. The first time I saw him driving this truck I was stunned! Not a Hot Rodded E-500, MG something… NO a 1934 Ford BB 1 ton stake-bodied Hot-Rod! And if you only know this man you would understand the quality of what he has built here. This truck is built on an original Ford BB 1 ton chassis with its dual rear wheels and has all its original body panels including its original radiator shell, ead lights and cross bar, ront axle, adiator shell and n.o.s radiator even the now chromed tow hooks are original to this truck. The only panels that are not original are the hood panels and front fenders which are replacement panels. It is powered by a 1975 Laguna S4 350cid Chevrolet V8 which was built up as you can see and a Turbo 350 automatic transmission from a heavy duty GM truck. It has power steering, ront disc brakes with cross drilled rotors, ood bed and side rail system, nd much more you need to come see this truck to appreciate it.

While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, here are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Finalizing your Purchase: Barry Bixby will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Barry Bixby at (401) 465-1900within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, e reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. In order to secure bid on vehicle, uccessful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, ash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, uyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, ash in person, ank certified funds to Seller. At time of sending initial deposit, uyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License.
