Description

This is a period correct dirt track racer that I built on a underslung frame using Model T rails and Chevy knuckle, the frame is fully boxed with a 90" wheelbase for that low wide look. The body is an early Model T Ford roadster with a Model A firewall. That is why it is titled as a 1929 Model T.The motor is a 1940 Ford Flathead 60hp that has been rebuilt. The moto, transmissio, xle, rakes and all running gear are either new or rebuilt. The motor runs perfect and the transmission shifts great with no problems. It has a 12 volt battey system. The brakes and all internal parts are new. The body has been clearcoated .The frame and running gear has been painted with a flatz black paint. The seat are on tracks so that they are adjustable. It has a 1920's Fatman steering wheel to help in getting in the body.I am 6'4" and do not fit with this steering wheel but fit with a Model T wheel turned upside down,my brother is 6'2" and fits fine with the fatman wheel. This is a very cool car as you do not see any underslungs. The wheels are early Houks that have been adapted to Buick finned drums. The floor has been covered with 1924 thru 1931 Nevada license plates. The following are all the goodies that are on the car.
