Very clean low miles and extras (Read the bottom)

This is a very clean low mileage 2001 Ford Excursion XLT v10 gas motor.I recently purchased this andI was going to make this our family vehicle for the distant future and bought all the extras listed below to install myself and haven't had the time to do sodue to my Wife being on bed rest withour Twin pregnancy and the boys were born last week healthy.My Wife finally got the chance to get in and drive and its just too much vehicle for her to drive and load 3 kids in car seats.I am going to hopefully buy another Excursion (stock height) when this one sells and am open to trades for one. This has a 6" super lift, ual front shocks and steering stabilizers. 35" BFG AT's with maybe 70% left tread on them. K&N cold air intake with Flowmaster exhaust and dual outlets. Transmission has a newly installed deep cooling pan and solenoid pack and axle has 4.30 gears. Recently installed the new chrome billet grill and also replaced the faded headlights with new ones. The interior is gray leather with a third row which still is in decent shape but not the greatest that's whyI bought the expensive custom seat covers listed below. It has power seats and heated power mirrors. Stock stereo is installed but at one time this had TV headrest monitors installed and the previous seller took out the monitors and added a black plate to cover where they went on the headrests. There is still a VCR mounted under the second row seat with a remote sensor mounted to the ceiling and also has a remote control in the glove box. There is a full size spare tire with matching rim. This rig is loaded as far as power options, as the power vented rear windows also in the back and the vehicle lock unlock code buttons on the drivers door. This just passed smog and was just registered so registration is due May of 2017 clean title with clean carfax in hand. Recently serviced with a synthetic oil change good till over 88,000 miles. Clear pink slip in hand. Beautiful black paint with gray trim on bottom.

The only issues with it I know of are:

-the rear drivers side passenger window needs a new regulator which I have brand new in box with motor

-other side passenger door needs a new door lock actuator installed which I have brand new in the box.

-Passenger dome light push button doesn't work

-Has maybe 3 or 4 small dings on the entire truck, nd maybe 3 paints chips...it is super clean for a 2001 or for any year for that matter.

Extras I have and will include in sale of vehicle that I haven't had time to install.

-Amp powered running boards brand new in box, hese are the ones that automatically come down from the truck when a door is openedand come down much lower than stock boards for easier access.

-Wet Okole Seat Covers for the driver and passenger seats and complete second row, ot new but in great shape Black and Gray, ust put these in for updated pictures

-Power heated towing mirrors with built in turn signals brand new in box, hese are all powered but telescope out manually for towing.

-Pioneer AVH-280BT In-Dash DVD Receiver with 6.2" Display and Bluetooth brand new in box

-Metra 95-5817 Double DIN Installation Dash Kit for Select 1995-2008 Ford, incoln, ercury, nd Mazda Vehicles for installing the stereo

-MicroBypass ALL AVH-X Video In Motion Interface for Select Pioneer, llows to watch videos in motion connects to headunit.
