Payment

The successful high bidder must submit a non-refundable $250.00deposit within 24 hours afterthe close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance by certified check or money order. Due within 7 days of the close of the auction. All deals are to be finalized within 7 days.

We will notify eBay™ on the accounts of all high bidders who do not complete the transaction.

All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. -All customers are responsible for a fee of 0.00245273% of the auction close price for an Inventory Tax; $50.00 Documentary Fee and a $135.00 Admin Fee. Non-Paying Bidders:

Pickup, hipping, ransportation and Storage:

Pickup:

Any vehicle pickup must be with prior appointment.

Due to high sales volume, 8 hours is required on any vehicle for pickup. During this 48 hour period we inspect and detail the vehicle and perform a make ready process for the Buyer. Our company's policy is to be notified 48 hours in advance by the Buyer for this process to begin in order for the Buyer to pick up the vehicle.

We are available for deliveries Monday through Saturday between 10am - 4pm.

Shipping:

Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. (if Buyer wishes to have the vehicle shipped to any location, e/she must pay for all transportation costs.)

We will be happy to assist you with finding a reputable shipper; however, hipping and handling of the vehicle will be the Buyers responsibility.

Storage:

If the vehicle is paid in full within the 7 days time period, e can store the vehicle for the Buyer at no additional charge for 30 days, vehicles left over 30 days will incur a $10 daily storage charge.
