1965 289 Coupe

1965 Ford Mustang with a 289 and 4 speed transmission. It runs great and drives really well.
This is an exceptional deal, olks...my wife is really pushing that I sell it...she wants new granite counter tops. My loss is your gain, 'm practically giving this car away.

I do not know exactly how many miles is on it; I bought it with the knowledge that there were 10k miles on the engine; however, ased on my experience, ooks closer to 20k...though still low. Only the aftermarket water temperature gauge, il pressure gauge and volt gauge that work.
This Mustang has brand new tires, isc brakes in the front and drums in the back. I know the custom paint job is 2 years old; & the car has been kept under shelter for the duration. I have door panels and the back seat side panels. It's got a new aftermarket radiator, ater pump, lternator, eaders, delbrock carburator and intake manifold.
The car just needs interior finished like the head liner, oor panels and gauges worked on. There's some engine compartment stuff that needs work also. Need to hook up the vacuum line to brake master cylinder. the belt is off the power steering pump.
I just had the control valve re-built on the power steering. Put in new window mechanisms you can get them at CJPony.com. all the old window mechanisms and windows are still there. None of the windows have cracks in them. It is a great project car that's highway ready now.
