Ford E250 T top White good condition with rear hydraulic lift 850 lbs capacity

There is a rear heater on the drivers side next to the lift. The heater stopped working in the 2014/2015 winter months. The heater in the front works so well that the heater in the rear is not necessary in my opinion. The floor is solid. There's a new piece of plywood filling the offset in the floor where the wall was removed behind the middle seat. You may want to put carpet in the back but looks fine otherwise. A 6-8" Q'Straint track is installed behind the middle seat and at the rear of the van by the lift. Two 24" push button retractable straps with connected 'S' hook on the ends included. Straps are Q'Straint floor track compatible. Railing is installed behind the middle seat but can be removed if necessary. There's a small compartment with sliding see-through plastic doors above between the middle seat and the front seats. The security system works great and can be disarmed by either of the two key-less entry fobs.
I'm the third owner. This van was originally used for transportation of medical cargo by the hospital. Then was purchased by a second owner who never used it and left it parked in his shop. I purchased the vehicle and made upgrades. The van runs and rides great!!!
The van will be pick up only. A final sales contract will be signed by me the seller and you the purchaser to make the transaction complete. You're more than welcome to come drive the van with me as a passenger for a test drive. Van is insured, roperly plated and will be until final sale. The title is clear and in my possession.
