Here is a nice 47 Ford half ton pickup that was bought new by a Colorado rancher and spent most of its life there being used to haul feed around the ranch. The body still has its original paint although it is baked off the tops of the front fenders, ood and cab top. The factory primer is showing on the top of the cab. The only rust on the truck is a little on the drivers side running board, few small spots in the factory steel bed floor, nd on the very top of the tailgate, ll shown in pics. The rest of the truck is totally rust free with no rust repairs ever done. The cab corners, loor, ottoms of doors etc are clean and smooth and look like new. The fenders have had welding done on them at some point to repair the typical cracks on these trucks. Lots of small dents mostly on the fenders. All the glass appears to be original, lear and damage free, he windows roll up and down smoothly. Both doors open and close as new. The seat has had a cover put on it at some point and looks very nice. I do not know if the original is underneath or not. Most of the headliner is missing. The original motor starts instantly and purrs running nice and quiet with no leaks and the 3 speed trans shifts beautifully. It has been converted to 12 volt system. Original 16in wheels and hubcaps with radial tires. The fuel and temp gauge do not work, ll other gauges work properly. Brakes work nice. I just completed a 150 mile drive in it in 85 degree weather and it never missed a beat running cool and smooth all the way. The truck drive down the highway at highway speeds effortlessly, traight and true with no shimmys or shakes or bouncing. There is an occasional squeak or rattle though. This is a nice truck not often seen in this condition. You can drive and enjoy as it is or it would be an easy restoration. I am sure I forgot to mention some things so please look at all the pictures and ask questions if you like. I am willing to store the truck for you if paid for and assist with loading if necessary.
